Invitation via bottle opener
The US-based advertising agency Cargo Collective developed a virale marketing concept for brewery brand Heineken called "The Invite". A bluetooth bottle opener sends event invitations via Facebook. In case the user opens a bottle of Heineken beer, the opener automatically sends an invitation for an evant of the current location on all wallpapers of allocated friends, who are nearby. The one who receives the most confirmations via Facebook, wins a box of beer to celebrate with friends.
